Dr Madden and his team are an amazing crew. I just had both great toes done 11/14/25 for surgical removal of ingrown nails. I had been warned by others who have had the procedure at other clinics that the injections were going to be super painful. Jamie injected my toes with the most gentle touch. She used freeze spray to diminish the sensation of the needle insertion and then very slowly injected the numbing solution requesting feedback from me the entire time. I occasionally would feel a tingle/burn and she would slow down even more. And when I say burning sensation I’m talking like a level 1 out of 10 type pain. From one healthcare provider to another, Jamie, has the gift of an angel. Michelle did an amazing job assisting and mostly keeping my mind focused on conversation and laughter.

Excellent professional attention, my son procedure was successful 100%.Dr. Madden is very friendly person and kind compassionate human being.

I wish all my Doctors offices were like this office. From check in, to check out, and everything in between was absolutely perfect. A very welcoming and helpful front desk. Professional and courteous nurse/tech. And a physician with a great bedside manner. But what I appreciated the most was his ability to explain what he thought was going on, what needed to be done, and an immediate treatment plan to get me up and out of my acute pain whilst pending additional imaging services. But I feel confident that healing is in the near future. I appreciated being treated like a human and not a number. Thank you for your humanity and look forward to working with your physician and office for my future treatments.
