Terrible! I would really like to know how that lady got a degree🤔 Julia asked me what the issue was, and she said hmmm... "I don't know exactly what caused your acne, but I'll prescribe you pills and a cream." I get to the pharmacy and they have the pills, but not the cream. I called her and the assistant answered and said they'll send it right away. An hour goes by and I received nothing. I had to go to sleep for work, when I got off of work I tried again... Nothing, this is the 3rd day and I still didn't have any cream for my face. 4th day comes and it finally came in, a face cream for over 1k dollars. Of course I didn't buy it, called them again and asked her for a generic option and that took 3 days for me to receive... Moral of the story, all of those days went by and the problem stil

It’s just not worth it. I saw Dr. Julia Ro, and the only positive thing she really did was make sure I left with two doses of my medication. Dr. Ro and the nurse I saw here forgot to actually prescribe me medication after my appointment, and I had to make way too many calls just to finally get what I needed. I don’t remember her name, but the nurse who did my intake (tatted on both arms) was pretty dismissive, and it was clear that the way her day was going showed during my appointment- which made me feel even less comfortable. From what I saw, it wasn’t that busy for her to just forget something as important as a prescription. On top of that, this location is only open one day a week and doesn’t see that many people, so mistakes like this are unacceptable. Overall, I didn’t feel fully und
