Wonderful receptionist, my appointment was easy to make, I was seen very quickly by Dr. Hun, Given a thorough exam, a couple of minor skin issues taken care of. I’ve asked improvement from a few years ago.

Lobby was super loud at my last appointment. No staff intervened. People talking loudly on phones and shuffling about. I had a 3:45 appointment and was handed a tablet with a bunch of documents to sign with no way to opt out of unless I didn’t want to be seen and also no clear instructions…..just handed an iPad to figure it out alone. I was told at around 4:38pm that the doctor was backed up and this was the reason that I was still waiting but someone that arrived after me was called back. I went through the process of getting a referral from my PCP for combination therapy for my keloids and was told that they have a specific laser there which is why I chose them. I was baited and switched as when I went to my appointment, I was told that the laser I requested in my pre outlined referral

Excellent care by Eric Kim, PA-C would highly recommend for a solid dermatologist. Office staff is also very lovely.
