Receptionist lady was passive aggressive and did not greet nor smile to client (me). The point of a receptionist is to be inviting and create a warm atmosphere for clients to feel comfortable in. Not only was the receptionist that way but so was the first nurse whom called me in for my appointment. She also did not greet nor create an inviting atmosphere. The only person that was professional at this facility was the man whom I assume is the dermatologist. He greeted, asked me how I was doing and was kind. This two other women however, were not.

I took my 14-year-old son to this office on September 3rd, 2025 and the experience was unacceptable. The dermatologist Salvador Milazzo prescribed him an adult-strength face wash despite me explaining he is a teenager with acne related to puberty. Shortly after using it, my son had a severe allergic reaction that sent us to the emergency room, where he required an EpiPen. This was careless and negligent. The provider Salvador Milazzo did not consider his age, weight, or safety and simply increased the dosage without proper assessment. He didn't read his records that was in his chart of what he was previously taken. He was rushing because we were the last patients. Because of this, my son missed school, and I had to leave work to care for him. Parents deserve to know this could happen. I wo

Ive been here a few times and its been a pleasant experience. Appointments were honored on time and wait times were minimal. However this place isn’t personable. I was seen, was given medication and encouraged to buy treatment from the front desk. Thats it. I didn’t feel thoroughly cared for and it felt very transactional. Also medicine is the only option so you can’t even really get to the bottom of things. I suggest coming here if you need a quick appointment. I wouldn’t rush back here at all.

Wonderful experience! The receptionist was very helpful with getting my referral in order before my visit. Very friendly. The doctor’s assistant, Fonta, was great. Dr. Dennis was wonderful: kind, gentle and informative. I received a full body skin check and he took care of a pesky pimple on my face. I was in and out in 20 minutes and had directions on how to take care of my skin in the future. I would highly recommend. Take care of your skin, people!!!

Office was very clean, reception and assistant were very warm and welcoming. DR. Sal seemed to be very knowledgeable as well as on point. I will have to wait for a second visit before I can give them a 5 star rating.
