I can’t recommend Sydney enough! She truly takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and makes me feel completely comfortable at every visit. Her care is thoughtful, thorough, and genuine. A 10/10 experience—I would recommend her to anyone looking for skin care needs!

Front desk is going to get someone hurt. Impossible to get in touch with and denied me a refill saying I didn;t get in touch within a year. I called them monthly and they never answer. Then after a few days they deny my refill. Unprofessional hacks just out for your money. I wll call my insurance and file a complaint

Advanced dermatology has helped my skin so much. I love Dr. Kim. He’s definitely a part of an amazing staff and all the receptionist are very kind. I give them all five stars.

I have been a patient here for a few years. I have found my provider to be a little rushed during visits but kind and helpful. Unfortunately the front desk receptionist is unprofessional and rude. They recently changed they're credit card system and started charging a fee for using a card, which is fine, the issue is they didn't have the foresight to notify patients ahead of time. I was told upon arrival. I didn't want to pay an additional fee and asked to be billed. She was incredibly rude - "You don't have a debit card?" I explained I didn't have one on me. She loudly says "So what do you want to do, you want to go get it, get cash from the bank, reschedule?" As she rolls her eyes. I proceeded to explain why this was not possible and ask to be billed the copay, she refused. I

My first visit was great! Great dermatologist and skin care recommendations. I was seen right away. Also, my prescription was hand delivered to my door the same day. Now this is great service!
