I went in for my first appointment and was told the doctor who would be working on my teeth wasn’t there that day so they said they had to talk with her first before making anymore appointments. Mind you, I lost my front tooth and I really wanted to get it fixed rather quickly. So days went on, and I let it pass because I thought maybe 4th of July put them behind. But it’s been a week since I went to my appointment, haven’t received a single phone call. And when I do call, i get sent to voicemail with no return of call. It’s very unprofessional, and I never thought a dentist would stand me up, but you guys really put the icing on the cake.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic. Dr. Mercho is cold, unprofessional, and lacks basic bedside manners. While the rest of the staff is friendly, their communication and organizational skills leave much to be desired. On multiple occasions, I was promised a call back that never came. Additionally, they failed to properly document important details regarding my treatment. After diagnosing me with a cracked tooth, they neglected to record which tooth it was or even the name of the endodontist they referred me to. Thankfully, I keep my own medical records; otherwise, I would have struggled to relay my condition to an endodontist. Dr Davis and dental assistants are ALL amazing. The other Doctor though.... rarely says a word before injecting your mouth with lidocaine. Not even a "Hello". She is very raw and sour. Told me i could not bring in my daughter(11months old and in a car seat) with me anymore because she let out a few whimpers while the drill was going. (I am a stay at home mom) I have no other option but to bring her with me or not get my teeth fixed. This was a Very very very bad experience. We will not be back.

Don’t go here they will blacklist you for simply not being able to go or canceling even if u have something important or urgent. They did a root canal and only did half, now I have a huge hole in my gum from them drilling my nerves in my tooth out and never put in permanent filling so my chances for infection are huge. This place is a money hungry joke and only want ur insurance money and simply do not care for you or your experience they’re plenty of better options in the Terre haute area this place should go out of business.

DO NOT GO HERE. My wife went in for a filling. Mind you she had two needed done, she is pregnant and didn’t want to be fully laying down due to breathing issues. The doctor said she was only going to do one because my wife didn’t want to lay down all the way. The cavity she filled was a surface cavity, there was a far worse cavity that needed to be filled first. Didn’t ask my wife her preference on which cavity she wanted filled, or gave her an explanation on why she (Dr.) chose to do the surface. After injecting my wife with the numbing agent the doctor didn’t check to see if my wife was numb… she wasn’t. After the filling they did not polish out the filing. DO NOT GO HERE.
