Lousy office and workers are young or just not nice. Absolutely the opposite of what people with mental health issues need. They'll charge you $300 to talk over you and forget to write down your symptoms or diagnosis for records. At the time I had "doctor" Murray who clearly was just working to get paid by pharmaceutical companies. The way he quickly just prescribed me pills was beyond sketchy, and it wasn't even for good stuff. Also, nobody picks up the phone ever here or even attempts to give you any solution if your doctor no longer works there. On top of charging you $300 for basically nothing, they will also charge you if you want your records. Not even having the decency to mail you or give you your papers in hard copy, just an email pdf. Docs are great, as well as most of the staff. I just wish I could do telehealth visits as they're free with my insurance.

BAD HEALTH PRACTICE!!! DeLeon DOES NOT CARE. Day before first office visit (phone/video) appointments for my two children, called back and confirmed. Next day (today) appointments scheduled for 2:20 and 3:00. Dr. DeLeon did not call until 3:22. I did not recognize number so I let it go to voice mail (have added his name to caller ID # now). I checked my VM at 3:23 and he acknowledged in the VM for calling late. At 3:26 called back and call went to VM 'cause I was trying to hurry and just pressed "0". Then hung up and called back at 3:27 and waited and listened to prompts to get correct extension to speak to receptionist.
