Advance Care Pharmacy

Advance Care Pharmacy has made hundreds and hundreds of deliveries for my Assisted Living facilities through the past 5 years. They have wonderful customer service and are great people! They are the best pharmacy around!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy we’ve ever encountered. Rx’s take several days to be delivered. The nurses have even called in the meds and put a “stat” on the order. Got the meds 3 days later…… We believe they have lied to cover their up the wrong doings. Horrible communications. Wish we didn’t have to use them. If I could give a zero, I would have.

Getting Hospice Supplies since last year. Good quality. Your delivery people are nice ! I didn't even mind the 2 a.m. delivery this morning lol. Thanks again !

My mom gets her Rx from this pharmacy. In addition to their lack of customer service, they’re very inconsistent with their deliveries. For my mom to get her meds on time, I’d have to go out of my way to pick up the meds is Escondido and drive it back to fashion valley, where my mom resides. I just wanna share my experience with this pharmacy and hopefully no one has to go through this. I’ve called and addressed this issue multiple times and they’re finally telling me to get my moms meds elsewhere. Coming directly from the pharmacist, Rami. This pharmacy obviously don’t care about the well being of their patients. Please don’t get caught up with this pharmacy. Your mom might have to suffer like my mom is.
