We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Kramer and the team in Urbana! Both my son and I got invisaligns. My son is a teenager and not always compliant, but everyone in the office is kind, patient, and makes you feel comfortable right away. They take the time to explain what’s going on without making it overwhelming, which I really appreciate. Dr. Kramer is knowledgeable but also very down-to-earth, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. The appointments run smoothly, the office is always welcoming, and the whole process has felt easy and stress-free. Our whole family visits Dr. Moles and his staff in their Urbana office. My daughter and I had traditional braces (I had clear) and my husband has Invisilign. We highly recommend this practice to all of our friends and neighbors! We always feel welcome when we enter the office. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and professional!
