Adrian Bay Rehab and Nursing Center

I wish I could give more stars, however I found some things that disturbed me. For instance lights are not answered in a timely manner. Patient should be checked at least and if request can wait than explain and then return as promised. I waited 3 hours for a pain pill, the request was made 3 times. I was told it was an agency nurse. To me that should make no difference. My pain built to beyond a 10 on the scale in that 3 hour wait. I also found it disturbing to see linen in Comforters, blankets thrown onto the floor and then put on the bed. The food was pretty good, came warm most of the time. The oatmeal was fantastic. I found the Staff to be kind and helpful. I would have liked to have had a better admitting experience but that didn't happen. The PT and OT departments are excellent. I h

Facility worked with Patient & Family to help as they could. Good with visitors & visiting hours. Employees were mostly very good with my family member, but some are lacking in clear/quick/appropriate decision making. Still working on billing clarity & charge validation.

Adrian Bay and Rehab are some of the kindest caring group of caregivers and nurses. They provided excellent care for my husband who was there for a few weeks recovering from congestive heart failure highly recommended if we ever needed services again this is where we would go.

The care my mom received was excellent She loved the atmosphere and the food. The employees were very friendly during her stay and reached out to us numerous times following her release to check on her. Highly recommend
