I had scheduled with them in April as a new patient, but I couldn’t be seen until October for a cleaning. I accepted that because the reviews were great here and there are waits everywhere. The day before my cleaning, they called and explained that the hygienist would be out and they would call me back to reschedule me. I waited a few days before calling and leaving a message. Then waited a few more days before calling again and leaving another message. Then I waited about a week and called again and left a message. No one ever called me back. I haven’t been able to find a new dentist who has been able to fit me in yet. I may just be a weird situation as many other reviews are great, but I don’t know what happened. I've been going here for years!!! Exceptional ! Very proffesional, yet personable as well. The dentist chair is a seat I'd like to avoid, but one of those places you just need to be at times. I know I'm in good hands with the staff here. Thanks ADK Dental!

It’s been over a year since my previous dentist hygienist left the practice, and I’m really missing her—she was fantastic! However, my recent dental visit for a cleaning wasn’t quite up to par. She only spent a few minutes cleaning my teeth and didn’t seem to have a thorough approach. I used to have the same hygienist before, but things have changed since then. I’ve had a different hygienist each time I’ve been there. I wish my hygienist would still be working there. Dr. Milward is always such a skilled and friendly dentist, and the staff is fantastic too!

Absolutely wonderful treatment from Reception, Dental Hygentist, to Dr. Milward:) I thought nobody could compare to Dr. Doyle of “Stoneham Smiles.” This dental business has been the best experience and professional treatment in Clifton Park. Dr. Milward is a serious and professional woman! Lucky for me, they accept NYS CSEA Dental Plan too!
