Genuinely wish I could give zero stars because this experience doesn’t even warrant one. I am SO disappointed in Dr. Adam Moss that works here at McCannel Eye Clinic. He was among the most detached, dismissive, and condescending providers I’ve ever encountered. My 90 year old grandmother went to see him for a recurring eye problem that she has been desperate to find answers and a solution for. With Dr. Adam Moss there was no introduction, no explanation, no sense of presence or care just a cold, hurried, and frankly disinterested figure who made no attempt at connection. He ignored her questions and offered no clarity or comfort. It felt less like a medical visit and more like being a problem to be rushed out the door. She left feeling more confused, more hopeless, and certainly less human
