Dr. Adair is the absolute BEST provider for allergy & asthma! She exudes empathy & she is committed to providing thorough education to patients & their families. I cannot recommend her enough!! :)

Absolutely remarkable provider. She is at the top of her field. The office is clean, staff efficient, friendly. They are on top of things. I don’t think you could find a better provider.

Front Desk Lady (Elderly lady) who spoke to me over the phone is extremely rude. I had a No show and received a $50 cancellation fee. No email or Text intimation when we make the Appointment. You have an automated phone system for reminder but we don’t hang on to the phones all the time. How in the World would someone keep track of the Appointment times? Worst of all when I enquired about my cancellation charges and asked if they could do a one time exception, she’s calling “Ridiculous”. What sort of customer service is that you call people in such a rude way? It’s completely not acceptable. Please find another job if you can’t behave and talk nicely to patients.

Dr. Adair is amazing! Her bedside manner and knowledge is extraordinary. After thoroughly reviewing my son’s test results, she put together a well thought out plan to address his allergy needs. She took the time to answer all my questions. At no point during our visit did I feel rushed when working with her and her MAs. The office provided us with exceptional customer service from start to finish. Keep up the good work.

Love this place! I've been going for about three years for allergy shots and they've changed my life. I wasn't able to play golf without having all the symptoms of a cold by the time I was done because my allergies were so bad. Now I can go enjoy my favorite sport. They're always so kind and informative too. Thanks y'all!
