AcuteKids Urgent Care

The staff was incredible! I was a very concerned mom with a very sick kid who is non speaking and has autism. They were considerate, patient, empathetic and made a challenging situation less scary and made me feel less anxious. They were thoughtful, anticipated our needs, and responsive. I would recommend this site and staff to any other parent.

They are so sweet and kind withkids. The owner is an Angel on earth and made sure to help my son who was having a hard time breathing so we did not need to go to the ER. We have also been for stitches and they are so sweet and calm for the kiddos. We are so lucky to have them close by

10 😊 The staff were amazing . Very welcoming environment. I love that they offer water for everyone and coffee as a pick me up for me 😁 The doctor was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all so much for taking care of my daughter and tolerating my other two that tagged along with us today . They are all home enjoying their books that they were offered to take home as well. What a pleasant experience.

I have taken both my children here on separate occasions. The staff is always very welcoming and calming. They engaged with my children in a respectful, age appropriate and calm manner and explained what they were doing every step of the way so they were informed and this prevented them from getting nervous or scared. The facility was very clean as well.

Stacy, the PA and the nurse that also helped Ella last night were 10/10 with efficiency, kindness and skills. They eased my daughter and made the horrible experience more tolerable and we knew they were taking the absolute best care of her as if it were their own child.
