Acuity Eye Group & Retina Institute - Escondido

Google maps says this location is less busy than usual but the waiting room is huge and it was packed. I had an appointment set but I was told i would be waiting another hour if I chose to stay. The receptionist was awesome and the only reason I'm giving this place any stars at all. But come on people there must have been 20 patients waiting to be seen.

If I can leave a review of 0 stars I would. Just called to ask if the doctor offers a certain service and I was told that I need to see the doctor. I said I’d like to know if they offer the service before I pay to go. She said and I quote “Then I’m going to say it’s a no or you’ll have to see the doctor.” Like seriously!? They obviously don’t care about their reviews or being kind to the customers who pay their checks. Sad.

Everyone is extremely professional, friendly, and very helpful. My eye health is very important to me and Acuity helps me to attain that. Thank you again, the whole office is greatly appreciated.

I was so impressed with acuity eye group. They are incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and still very nice. Nice. I felt like I was in good hands and felt very confident with everything that happened today. The threat of macular degeneration is very scary, but I truly feel like I am in the best place possible to take this medical issue on. Thank you to this wonderful staff!

What a horrific group of people that work at this establishment. The lack of customer service and the cold treatment that the optical department will give you here is enough to make you want to walk the world blind as a bat, instead of ever having to step foot in this horrid place again.
