I’ve been working with Shar for a few months and she’s made a huge difference in my knee pain. I see her twice a week and she’s very detail oriented and hands on. She explains the purpose of every exercise we do. I love how she remembers the details and nuances of my injury and how it’s changing depending on the week. I’m a ballet dancer and she understands the changes in my workload and how to work around that. 10/10 recommend!

Before I found active care physical therapy. I was at a basic chain physical therapy place. You know the type, They do exercise exercises on the table they put you on the bike. Don’t do much hands-on at all. Active care is so different. I had a total knee replacement and the angle of my knee was not improving at all Until active care. They spend hours with you. A lot of it is manual hands-on work Which is so needed when you have issues that I had. There’s a difference, Do your research do not trust you, Care to any old physical therapy chain. Most of them are Mills. Active care is different, They are the best!
