Action Physical Therapy & Chiropractor

Tore my achilles, had it repaired with surgery. Was looking for a local PT in Stuart. Action PT was recommended by one of my clients and they were very friendly from the start. Once my PT started, they have been professional, listened, and given me great treatment and attention. I've been very happy with their location, people and treatment. Their text messages and emails about appointments has been good and they also setup an online treatment plan so I can see videos of exercises to do. Love it! If you have a Chiro or PT need, give them a try!

Action Physical Therapy - Stuart truly went above and beyond in every way. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly, organized, and made the check-in process fast and easy. In October 2025 I sustained a compound fracture to my right tibia. Fortunately, surgery went well and I am now under the care of Action PT rehabbing the leg so I can get back to what I love to do gym/running. I can't say enough wonderful things about my PTA Grant. His knowledge, charisma and friendly demeanor are above and beyond. Nicole at the front desk is friendly, organized and takes the time to welcome you like family. I had an excellent experience getting physical therapy at this location. Everyone including Nicole at the front desk to Chris who evaluates your condition and develops a program for treatment to Grant who provides physical therapy are total professionals. Grant is exceptional and truly cares for the patients. I must call out Michelle as well for caring for her patients. A very welcoming place!

Staff is kind and absolutely wonderful to work with. They are very welcoming and are always happy to see you. They treat you as family, yet very professional. Very accommodating when scheduling and the therapist are very knowledgeable. They work with your comfort and pain levels as well. I highly recommend going to see them if you are in need of physical therapy. Love them all.
