Dan Quay one of the pharmacists at the Rehoboth ACME called manufacturers for 2 medications I'm on to see if they were alpha gal safe as I've just been diagnosed and have a severe allergy from it. I'm so thankful as one of the medications is not safe for me. Thanks again Dr Quay!

Acme pharmacist & staff are great! Besides being helpful, knowledgeable & kind, they explained everything perfectly so I could transfer my prescriptions to them! Thank you 😊

Generally they do a good job. I switched from Walmart and happy that I did. The 2 stars is because their system has been down for days and i cannot get my prescriptions filled. Blood pressure medication is pretty important, and they said that they don't know when it will be back up and running. I'll change the review if it's resolved. Update: Got a call from the pharmacist who sincerely apologized. Thank you.

*rating may update if there’s improvement* This use to be great when Wendy ran it. But the new lead Pharmacist (Daniel) needs a major check on his customer service skills. Hearing how he’s treated my family over insurance coverage and giving pushback about ordering a medication, and then witnessing it when waiting for a medication further proved my concern. Kyle and the pharmacy techs they currently have (as of 2/27/24) are pleasant. Convenience is the main factor for going here.
