ACME Markets Pharmacy

This pharmacy always took a long time to fill a prescription. When you try to refill over the phone it takes an average of three days. I just accepted that as normal pharmacy cost of business. My wife and my daughters went to CVS awhile ago. After today I am joining them. My doctor sent a prescription over yesterday morning. I called today, before noon, to ask if it was received and filled. I was told that it would take 25-30 minutes. I had shopping to do there so I waited 20 minutes and headed to Acme. I shopped and checked out over a 20 minute period and then headed to the pharmacy. I was told that it would be a 20 minute wait. I nicely tried to say that I called in advance but the tech walked away before I finished speaking. What the tech failed to inform me of was the only pharmacist

I came with my daughter to get a booster shot. The pharmacist said she would be back to give us a form to fill out. We waited 15 minutes and she came up to us and said "didn't I already help you?" Then when we told her no she did not...so she apologized and brought us a form. We then preceded to wait for 30 min. It was finally our turn and a man walked up and said I have an appointment. So they said "sorry you will have to wait." We were already there waiting 45 minutes while the staff schmoozed with all of the customers. They were so disorganized, slow and unprofessional. My daughter had to get to a class. Now she was going to be late. I will never use this pharmacy again.

There is one person in the SAV-On that always argues with me. She is extremely rude and has no idea of good customer service. At one point we were arguing so terribly I had asked her manager to talk with her and she ignored my request. I asked for corporate number and she made several excuses before she finally gave me the corporate number. I get extreme anxiety going to that store because of that rude attendant.

The shopping from home is terrible!! The shoppers are lazy and can’t find anything! I literally have a family member who works here and will tell me they just stocked some thing and the shopper will be unable to find it somehow!! I am disabled and unable to shop for myself, but relying on this service from this location is ridiculous!

Prescription was handled efficiently. Pharmacist is knowledgeable and has good customer service skills.
