Pharmacist is not exactly the nicest human being, even if you're extremely sick and ask simple questions. He has no answers and seems angry at those who ask. The other Pharmacist who left was the nicest man. He was kind. He had empathy. Patience. He cared. I truly can't think of anything more important in this world, especially now, than kindness. And for some reason, it seems to be a thing of the past, with the exception of those rare, few souls who have nothing to gain. They're just really good, kind people. I really miss those days. This world is not what it once was not all that long ago. And when you are sick and need help, even something as simple as a question about an over the counter medication, and you're treated very badly, you want to switch pharmacies. Which I did. The store was well-lit, everything was in great stock, the aisles were clear. I only needed a few items. There were several sales on the ice cream I wanted. There is a clearance table near the far right area in the front of the store with good deals. They DO NOT PROVIDE FREE BAGS! Bring your own.

The managing pharmacist isn’t interested in customer service. I’m trying to get my Wegovy refilled, and have been told by the head pharmacist that I should find it at another drug store, and he will transfer my prescription. Not certain how “finding it elsewhere” became my responsibility, but he is completely disinterested in helping. I have done business here for 20 years, and the staff has always been most helpful and friendly. Now, it’s a different experience.

Products are not placed with the right price tags and you have to go to customer service to explain. They won't recognize it. Waste of time, lack of organization.
