During our visit with Dr. Freeman, I saw clearly—not with disappointment, but with clarity—the character she brought into the room. When I calmly and respectfully asked questions about the procedures she was performing on my daughter, her response was condescending and dismissive. Even more concerning, Dr. Freeman did not explain what she was going to do. She simply began working on my daughter’s teeth without discussing it with me or obtaining my consent. As a parent, I expect to be informed and included in decisions regarding my child’s care—especially when the child is visibly uncomfortable. From the start, her technique appeared rough. Acme Dental was a such an astounding place to reckon upon. It has been a while since I had gone to the dentist, so I was very nervous and scared. last time I went to a lousy dentist who did a very poor job. But, when I went to Acme Dental that all changed. When you first step in it fills you up with happiness in joy seeing the happy customers and the diligently working staff. Waiting was really no bother to me because the place was very amazing and the wait wasn't that long. When I was up they took an x-ray and the professionals that the staff were knew exactly what was my problem. Dr. Freeman was my favorite part of Acme dental though. He is a kind caring person and an exquisite doctor. He was patient, kind, and sometimes made me chuckle. Most offices feel cold and scary, but Acme Dental

I don’t even know where to begin, my experience here was just awful! I came here to get a cavity filling, keep in mind…prior to my appointment I didn’t have any kind of pain or infection. Now before Dr.Freeman started my procedure, we got into a slight discussion about covid where he didn’t agree with me, I noticed his demeanor towards me changed & became aggressive. During my filling…he starts becoming aggressive as he’s drilling out the cavity. (I’ve been to many different dentist & never had a cavity filling procedure this aggressive), I knew he was only doing that because he got into it right before he started. After my procedure, about day 2 now I start feeling pain in that same tooth that the cavity was filled. I make an appointment to go back to see what’s going on & now they’re tel

I would like to share about my recent experience at this weird clinic. By the way, they have only one doctor who treated me with no respect whatsoever. His behavior and his assistant were downright rude and unprofessional. I was given attitude and wasn’t given the right treatment that I deserved. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. it just deserves zero ⭐️

Dr. Freeman is the best! I like many others have dentophobia, but his expertise and confidence takes my fears away! I had excruciating pain and Scott was able to fit me in the same day I called. Dr. Freeman was kind and patient enough to extract my wisdom tooth with little to no pain. You guys keep up the amazing dental front! Your forever grateful patient.
