I would give 5 stars to Scott. I would give negative zero to the front desk lady (dark hair lots of makeup) she was incredibly unprofessional and has no idea what is going on arrived 16 min late line out side and zero I am sorries. No care in the world. I did show her my appointment proof she was shocked I had one as she said they are walk in only? She said she can’t draw blood. Then I would need to wait. I did. Scott was excellent, professional and apologizing and quick. For this reason I would go back. I would definitely listen to the reviews on frost desk staff. It’s true. I did notice other reviewers w similar stories about walk in only response from owner- so I added proof that maybe this should be something that is no longer available to do. I would recommend this place. Their price was the cheapest one in Spartanburg, SC. It only took 7 days for the results from the day our baby was tested. Awesome, and we are pleased with the results. Point proven case closed and mouths shut!!! Thanks for your services 😊

If every single place in this area had staff like Accurate Diagnostics, so many people would recieve much better care. The staff is amazing and worthy of 5 stars. Drug testing takes 5 minutes, I was shown the results right then and cannot wait to go back for the inexpensive B12 injections. Job well done!
