8 weeks and two missed doses, and they’re still refusing to provide my medication or any timeline. Provided my insurance THREE TIMES, call every week, they give some variant of 2-3 days or 6-10 days, most recent call they simply didn’t have any timeline at all. This peoples lives here and they treat it like it’s a luxury item.

Absolutely worst company I’ve ever used. I’m actually an insurance agent and when it came to getting my husband’s medication, they are by far. The worst company I have ever come across and I understand why doctors office is tell me repeatedly. It is the worst company to work with. I would absolutely give them zero stars

THE WORST SPECIALTY PHARMACY EVER. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MEDICINE FOR 3 WEEKS. I've talk to them for almost everyday for weeks. I'm now using my cane once again. Everything that they needed me to do to get prior approvals was done & is done each month. In which it should have only needed to be done once a year & not each month. My doctor & my primary insurance communicated almost everyday. Accredo said I needed prior approval which was done. They then said my meds would be delivered. We'll 2 days later it wasn't. I called them back, they then said it exceeded the amount that was approved which wasn't true. So once again I was on the phone with my neurologist & BCBS of Alabama. They said everything was approved on their end. So on again I had to call Accredo. This went on for weeks. And the

Worst customer service I have ever received. Not only did they require my doctor to submit 3 separate prior authorizations they promised my medication would be delivered today and when I went to track it they said a pharmacist stopped it. This is where the 3rd PA came in. Did anyone call me to tell me my meds were not coming? No. Also when I called in and asked to speak to a pharmacist the representative told the pharmacist I “demanded” to speak with them when I simply asked if I could. Pretty sure I even said please. They have the absolute worst attitude and they all speak to you like you’re an idiot. I have been in pharmacy for 15 years and wouldn’t even talk to my worst patient the way I was spoken to. If you can avoid using this pharmacy avoid it like the plague. My doctors office even

I have to say, I was looking at all the reviews here and was frankly a bit shocked to see all the one stars. We've been getting specialized, life saving medicine from here for at least a couple decades now and have never had any issue. Any time there was a delay had to do with external factors that had nothing to do with the pharmacy itself. And everyone we've ever spoken to was nothing but kind and as helpful as they could be. We even have them coming out for an emergent visit on a government holiday no less. We've had a handful of emergency situations with the medication before as well and new doses and equipment had been delivered next day. Love and appreciate these guys and all they've done for us and our family.
