Access Solutions Rheumatology

My first visit to this clinic and I am very pleased. Having lived and moved all over the US and other countries with the military, I've experienced a myriad of perspective on healthcare, administration, reception, billing, and bedside manners and this place was a 10/10 for me because every area of care was fantastic starting from my check in all the way to checking out. Thankful TriWest assigned me here!

The process was smooth, and just a few weeks after scheduling, I was already in for my evaluation. My nurse, Ky, greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. He took his time going over my health history. When the provider came in, she matched that same kindness and gentle approach. After the visit, Ky answered all of my questions, even with the paperwork, the entire experience was nothing but positive.

I have only been there for one visit but I'm not impressed. The front desk was amazing but since then I'm not to sure. I had to pay out of pocket so 300 bucks to just get told to go have labs done was ridiculous. Then The nurse practitioner telling me how smart he was is a turn off. So it's been 3 weeks and I' have been to er twice and hospitalized once. I texted them trying to find sometching.out because I'm having major issues and all I'm told is to go to ER. Anyways I called my neurologist and was seen the next day and he thinks I am having a flare so he done what he could. I went to my pulmonologist and she said maybe I should try a different rheumatologist so she put in for a referral. So driving a hour to get there and spending 300 on a visit driving an hour home and all I know is

I am so happy I was referred to Access Solutions Rheumatology. One stop shopping!! Has access to their own lab. Everyone is so kind and interested in helping you feel better!! Living with a chronic condition or illness is hard in itself. I have been living at the doctor for years with some who listen and a lot who are dismissive. I have only been to this practice 1 time but I felt heard and validated right from the start. I even cried tears and took a good deep breath as my appointment was finishing up because I truely feel like I'm being heard and closer to get answers to make my symptoms and life more manageable. Even the car ride home just tears of gratitude. Thank you guys from the start 🙏 I am so greatful I am truly am. Thank you to Jeremy and his team you guys are awesome!
