Access Physical Therapy

This place is a joke of a business. My daughter is a college athlete- sent here for a hip test (in Oct 2025) she has never been seen. I called to set up appointment and verified she was good to be seen, reiterated that she is a minor to ensure she could be seen by herself and was assured she was. She shows up and is told there was a document that was needed to be signed by myself and therefore she couldn’t start. I had asked they call me if anything was needed. I am 2.5 hours away but u would come down, sign anything, attended an appt, etc and was told she was good. They never rescheduled her. I call back to get it going again and her initial paperwork has expired. So I get it resent and her set up again. They canceled her appointment ent due to the storm and no one has ever called her bac

This place is the absolute worst when it comes to responsiveness and getting your records. Today I called for the sixth time in the last two weeks and spoke with Lakin, and we won’t discuss the countless messages of me requesting my financial records to no avail. This has been going forever (3 years now to be exact). The business office is VERY unprofessional and non-responsive.

I love coming here! I always feel like I’m being challenged to put in good work, my concerns and feedback are listened to, and everyone truly cares about my long term success. I was super impressed that I came in for my hip pain and Sahlee has been addressing not just the hip, but all the muscles that play a part in it that I never would have guessed. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, and I just want to soak up everything she says. Five stars, all day!

Sahlee is awesome. She listens, she cares and her goal is to make sure there is lots of improvement. I went 10 years ago and my mobility vastly improved. I'm back again for a similar ankle injury. I can't wait to feel normal again. I have faith!

Went to the ladies that work here at Access for a long time and they addressed all my physical needs and concerns and paid attention to my particular issues with my body. I went in with a bunch of issues and left months later feeling 100 times better. Everyone there is friendly, helpful professional and caring.
