Scammed me out of $156 on 11/6/18 my fertility medicine was delivered I was to start on 11/7 for two weeks. They sent me a prescription that was going to expire on 11/18 not the full two weeks I needed for treatment. When I called and spoke to a pharmacist they said their compounds are good for two weeks and told me I had refills so what was the problem. They deliberately sent me medication that was going to expire so that I would have to fulfill a refill and pay double. A customer service representative was supposed to look into this for me and call me back within two days with a resolution and guess what not one single call and today is 11/18. Run as fast and far away from these scammers.

Two of my children have a rare genetic disorder and need a compounded prescription ordered every 2 weeks. There are 3 compounding pharmacies in a 45 minute radius from us and we have not had a good experience with the other ones. Prosperity ships it free right to our house every 2 weeks! The prescriptions also need to be kept cold and they pack it up very well in a cooler (other places have just placed it in 2 day shipping box with not even an ice pack). I also call them ONCE to order. You wouldn't believe how other pharmacies I'd call to order, and call back every day to make sure it's shipped. We love it here and will continue to order our meds every 2 weeks for the rest of my kids lives.

Called the pharmacy before bringing in my Rx to make sure they had it. They said they did, but then had an extended hang up getting the details through their billing and with communicating with the doctor's office. After more than a week, they scheduled a delivery for the drug. The day before it was supposed to arrive, they called to say they didn't have it. I wasted more than two weeks and spent hours on the phone to end up with no Rx, ending up back on square one.

I contacted this pharmacy two days ago to ask them to transfer a prescription to them subsequent to my move into the area. (I could have gotten it mailed from the old pharmacy but thought this would be faster--ha!) They told me to call the old pharmacy and have them call them. The old pharmacy refused, saying that the new pharmacist is supposed to call the old one (which was my understanding as well). I called Acaria back and asked them again to call, and they agreed. I have heard nothing since. When I saw my doctor yesterday, she said that she wanted to change the prescription and would research what compounding pharmacy in my area was reputable.
