i usually go to these locations at LMH or UES so i didn’t hesitate to book a massage and cupping appointment & the reviews do not reflect even close to my experience either this place has totally changed or it’s not the same one listed. i’m really sad to write this review because i’ve have great experiences at the other locations and also because my back feels even worse now. 1. she started with the cupping and when i asked her why she was doing it first she said “i don’t do,” and continues to do it. the cupping felt super unintentional & just placed them in random spots and not like any other cupping sessions ive had in the past. 2. the regular massage was not relaxing or comfortable and for about 59 minutes, i really wish i had just asked her to stop. at no point did i feel anything bu

The ACA Acupuncture location in Washington Heights is amazing!I’ve had a wonderful experience there. The team is professional, attentive, and truly invested in patient care. From the moment you walk in, the environment is calm, welcoming, and well organized. The acupuncturist took the time to listen carefully, explain the treatment plan, and ensure I was comfortable throughout each session. The massages are also great! I noticed meaningful improvements. I highly recommend ACA Acupuncture to anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality acupuncture care and massages.

Always an excellent experience and service. I go every week for Accupuncture and massage. I used to always be in pain, and now, I feel much more pain relief. They also give me recommendations of changes to do in my daily life to continue improving my health. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I 100% recommend for you to try! It will change your life!

I came here for the first time to try acupuncture, and it was absolutely amazing. I suffer from TMJ, and my jaw had been aching with extremely strained muscles. I was also experiencing a lot of lower back pain. The practitioner I was with completely relieved the pain in my lower back, and the acupuncturist who worked on my face also alleviated my jaw pain. The also took my insurance 10/10 recommend!
