ABC Pediatrics

I don’t understand what’s going on here but they went from great to bad over the years. Recently been going and EVERY visit they mess something up. Made us wait 2 hrs to draw blood when we had an appointment. Had to go 3 different times for them to SIGN some paper work(30 seconds). My last visit they mixed my kids up when prescribing medication so I had to pay out of pocket because they’re on different insurance. Very disappointed with this pediatrician. Doctors are good but the staff either can’t read or can’t function.

My daughter has had several illnesses and hospitalizations since she has been born and will be 2 in May. Anytime I need her to be seen for care, they are always here for me. They always manage to get me an appointment same day with various time slot options. Also, Dr Wallace takes her time and listens to each of my concerns and will answer them step by step as we go along. I can't be more thankful for ABC! I came here as a child and now my children come too! It's a no brainer ABC should be your go to Pediatrician!!!

I absolutely love ABC Pediatrics! My children have been visiting here since they were small. They’re teenagers now. I have never had a problem in all these years! When my children are sick, they do their best to accommodate me to make sure they can be seen the same or next day. The longest we’ve ever waited to be called back is around 5-10 minutes, which is amazing! It’s always really clean here. It really doesn’t matter which provider sees them because they’re all friendly and caring. I will continue to drive across town just to come to this office until my babies are all grown up!

We have been going for years now and to be honest I don't know why. The staff up front is extremely rude and they will just hang up on you. They treat you like an irritant on the phone and in person. I have never recommended and would never recommend them to be your child's primary doctor. Please keep looking. Also random charges are showing up on our bill of things that never took place. Please don't go here.

The professionalism and communication and patient care(front desk) have completely went down. I have had both my children as patients with this office and I don’t know if management changed or what but they need to change it. Amy (manager) the fact you lied about making my child account inactive because I requested medical records is BS you don’t have that in your policy and NO one from your staff communicated that because I spoke to the Latino front desk girl who was helpful but failed to document my conversation with the request which I had already faxed over. My conversation was had on 10/24/24 my appointment I had that I waited over 45 mins for a provider and no one showed up and had to do a video visit.
