Dr. Shukla is gentle and easy going as well as excellent. She communicates well and makes you feel good, even amidst the difficulty of having glaucoma. I believe you always know how effective someone is once you leave them. You should always feel good when you walk away, despite your illness and Dr. Shukla naturally makes you feel good.

Dr. Shukla is great - attentive, knowledgeable and kind. She takes the time to answer all questions clearly and thoroughly. When I’m in her office, I feel she’s completely focused on my concerns. I’m grateful for her excellent care.

I didn't get to see Dr. Shukla. My appointment was scheduled for 12:40pm and I left at 2:15pm, fed up with waiting interminably. I find it hard to believe that in 2025 staff is still unable to properly schedule without keeping people hostage for unreasonable periods. Not impressed.
