I had the best post op care after having lipo. Maria and Karen took such great care of me. They made me feel so comfortable after my procedure. Maria had everything set up in my hotel room for when I arrived after the surgery which made the whole aftermath so much easier and less stressful for me. From my initial contact, Nat and Kat were excellent at communicating and providing helpful resources so I felt fully prepared when I arrived in Miami for my pre-op appointment. Melanie was my nurse and began my care the day before surgery—she reached out, checked in consistently, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Overall, the communication was seamless. I left at 6:00 a.m. for surgery, and the transportation team was wonderful. Led by Arlene, a punctual and professional care team delivers support precisely when you need it most after a challenging surgery. Each member is knowledgeable and prepared, making your recovery as smooth as possible. I chose the luxe package, and it exceeded my expectations! I had a wonderful experience during my post-op recovery. From the very beginning, the nurses were absolutely amazing, attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help. They made sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions with patience, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel safe and supported.
