The use of the infrared sauna, another amazing piece to her incredible toolset, is a delightful and beneficial way to heat & loosen the muscles before massage. The body appears to be even more receptive to her medicinal touch after sauna use. Antoinette tailors each session to what the body requires at that time. She's not robotic in her approach and allows the body to speak to her. She appears to be in tune throughout your time with her. There's a mutual gratitude that is experienced throughout time spent in her presence. Her massage is an engagement of not just the body, but also of the mind and spirit.
