A Smile 4U

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any medical/dental facility. The staff is untrained, rude, unaccountable, unprofessional, lazy and argumentative. Failed to book one appointment between myself and my two kids. Then acted like they were doing me a favor by squeezing me in but didn’t have time to complete the cleaning. Ran wrong insurance and obviously didn’t look at intake forms which had the correct information on them. Told me “that insurance takes for ever” rolled her eyes and said you have to talk to them, pointing to the front staff sitting 10 feet away from her. I’m beside myself with how poorly I was treated, and how unorganized, disingenuous, disrespectful and unprofessional the staff was. There’s no fixing that mess. Fire all of them and start over! Unbelievable!

Dr. Rigg, Ava, Tori and the rest of the staff in Cartersville, GA were phenomenal!!! They made you feel comfortable and like you were part of the family. Dr. Rigg did a route canal and he was absolutely amazing!! Will definitely continue seeing them for all my dental needs. Thank you Dr. Riggs and staff for above and beyond exceptional care!! May God continue to bless each and every one of you!

They need to teach their staff members on the insurance they take and don't take. They had been seeing my daughter for a while now. I called last week to make her an appointment and they confirmed that they still take her insurance. I drive an hour and 15 minutes just for them to tell me they no longer accept her insurance as of a month ago. I said, well they should have told me that last week when I made the appointment and I specifically asked if they still take her insurance and was told yes!!!! Learn your policies before scheduling people to come in your office!!!

My kids have been going to a smile 4 u for 15 years. The new staff they have are amazing! They actually care and aren't rude like the young ladies I have dealt with in the past. Thank you to the assistant Ava and the receptionist star! They were great!!

If I could give NO stars or a thumbs down, I would this is a terrible place nobody knows what they are doing or how to answer general questions my daughter missed a day of school and I missed work all because they scheduled her for IV sedation without checking her weight and when we got there for our appointment they said they couldn't do the procedure because she weighed over 100 pounds which they knew this because they weighed her the week before when she went there for her scheduled cleaning and they also told me if I didn't bring her to the appointment that they would tell my insurance which is caresource Medicaid and that they would could possibly cancel my insurance for child neglect.
