Horrible business. First my husband was late to his consultation by 10 minutes because they never gave us directions on finding their weird location. He was there early but when he called to get help on the location, no one would answer as he drove around in circles. The receptionist said he couldn't be seen anymore and had to make another appt. I've now been calling them (6 times) for 2 months to get his surgery scheduled. They tell me they can't schedule over the phone and someone will reach out to schedule. NO one EVER has called me back. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Was referred from across the hall bc I have 2 horrible infected teeth to be removed. They didn’t have a open apt for over a month so I took it. They than called me to tell me they had a cancellation for the next Monday which of course I jumped on. (They only do mondays they told me). Than called me the day of less than 3 hours prior to appointment to let me know that the dentist no longer takes my insurance and they are calling to cancel my appointment. Horrible experience with them! Just moving here & being referred there - such a waste of time!!!!!!!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. I was scheduled to have my wisdom teeth removed and my appointment was at 10:15 am. However, they didn't even take me back for a almost 2 hours later! My dad works two jobs including one that's overnight and he got minimal sleep to be able to take me and we sat for almost 2 hours past my appointment time. Then, I told the oral surgeon that the pain medication he was gonna prescribe me did not work well for me. He refused to prescribe me anything else for my pain. Once the numbness wore off, I was in immense amounts of pain and the medication he gave me did not help at all. We called their after hours "emergency" line and nobody answered so we left a message. I made an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction for May. The day I was supposed to go in for my consolation they called me only a few hours before the appointment and cancelled on me. They never explained why and when I called back that same day asking why my appointment was cancelled last minute the operator said she would have the office call me back so they could email me an explanation. It's been a week and a half and I have yet to get a call or email. I've called multiple time and now I am not getting through to anyone. I need in writing why I was denied and cancelled on. P.S. I have doubled checked before and after that yes, they do take my insurance and yes my insurance will cover and pay them for a wisdom tooth extraction so I'm not sure what the issue is.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the receptionist, from the dental office, called me back; the day after my initial contact, they got me an appointment within a week. The staff was pleasant and the doctor was efficient; I was in and out of office within 1/2 hour. The doctor referred me to the oral surgeons' office where I had once been a client, and the oral surgeon created some problems with my jaw. But I know he is no longer at this practice so I am willing to give them another try. I will let you know how it goes.🙏
