This practice is great. Friendly, professional, skilled, and knowledgeable all around. I can trust them with any questions and procedures and they make me feel relaxed and welcomed every time I visit. A great choice - I'm glad I found them.

A reason to smile was the first dentist I’ve ever been too with my son who has a sensory disorder and they were beyond amazing with him, patient and super friendly. My daughter also loved them.

Got a friendly referral about an Orthodontist office in Durham I had a GREAT experience at Desiree T. Palmer, D.M.D, P.A A New Reason To Smile! It was the first time in my 30+ years of life - an office with all women who looked like me, thoroughly organized, friendly, patient, sanitary, soothing music played, and they kept me informed of my services and cost before hand.
