My child’s yearly annual appointment was scheduled for 9 am months in advance. It is 10:05 and we have not seen the doctor. I had to ask the front desk after 25 minutes of waiting when we would be seen and she said she didn’t know. We’re at the point where my child just wants to leave and is upset. Don’t come here if you expect efficiency or value your time. We are leaving as of 10:10 without being seen. I was told by the nurse it’s the doctor’s time, not ours.

Dr. Chaplin's office and staff are truly angels walking among us. Dr. Chaplin is old school in the best ways possible! Her bedside manner and interactions with my daughter warm my heart. She is knowledgeable, caring, and has a loving touch to all she does. Her excellence extends to her front office. The staff are always courteous and timely when I call. If they say they're sending a fax, it'll be there in 5-10 min, if they say they're calling you back, they're calling you back, if they're calling in a script, it's done. We live near the office, so whenever we pass, my daughter lovingly declares from her car seat how much she loves Dr. Chaplin. She is truly part of our family. Right before the Christmas holiday my son got sick with a horrible virus at the same time his asthma was going crazy and his previous Dr. could not seem to get things right so I said it was time to change. I read the reviews for Dr. Chaplin and they were pretty stellar and my friend recommended her as well. So I called and was able to get my baby in same day, not to mention the care and concern the Dr. had for him and her knowledge was stellar. But what ultimately brought me to do this review is after our visit and a holiday I received a call from her staff just checking on my little ones well being since taking his meds.
