A & J Pharmacy

This pharmacy is the greatest place in the world !!! From helping my elderly parents to helping me. No lines. Lower costs than Wegmans and CVS. Help out the small businesses and stop going to these large places that have long lines and deep pockets. Get advice fast from people who care.

This pharmacy has the lowest prices in webster. This pharmacy does not have SOME of the perks of being part of a large multi-national corporation. However, the owner of this pharmacy is incredibly kind, and has a genuine interest in helping her patients. They also went to tremendous efforts during the pandemic, bringing prescriptions out to the car to keep both the employees and patients safe. I have no plans on leaving this pharmacy, the pharmacy workers are kind and concise, probably working long hours. Some of the other complaints on here seem to focus on not being open on the weekends, and not calling when meds are ready. BEWARE OF THIS PHARMACY!!! The most unreliable pharmacy I have ever worked with. They make empty promises and when you call them they act like it is inconveniencing them. They have screwed up my meds more then 7 times. The last straw was this week when I was promised a month of meds and they only gave me a week. I was promised that they would always packed them for me but it only happened twice. They just sent them in bottles because I guess they were too lazy. When I specifically asked when I signed up with them for them to pack them for me. They never take accountability for their mistakes they always have to blame someone else it’s either the client or the client psychiatrist. No accountability for their actions. We've been using A&J for several years. The staff is friendly and they know our names. They care about our medication concerns and questions. Most everything we need is in stock and can be filled within a few hours (sometimes within 20 minutes when we ask).

Any other pharmacy is open on weekends (past two on Saturdays ), any other pharmacy calls me when my meds are ready to be picked up. Every other pharmacy actually had my meds on time and not split between carriers. If I could give less then a one star I would.
