A Helena jimenez d.d.s Family Dentist

Went to Dr Jimenez last year upon a recommendation from a coworker after my longtime dentist retired. I had a positive experience dealing with a root canal for which she referred me to a specialist in Doral for the procedure. I went back to Dr Jimenez yesterday for a filling issue. She is kind and professional and her skills are to be admired. Excellent dentist and wonderful personality. Not only does she make it a pleasant experience she has surrounded herself with a staff that is 10 out of 10. From the front desk to her assistants everyone is competent and reassuring. You do not see this level of caring for details and patients very often in today’s world. Highly recommended. I just had my first appointment here, after much disappointment and frustration with my last dentist. What a difference. I made the appointment by phone and provided my dental insurance information. Day of appointment: I showed up about 10 minutes early, expecting to have to fill out some forms (new patient). I fill out the forms, the took a seat. I was led to the back within 5 minutes of my actual appointment time. Excellent!! They took the usual x-rays for a first time dental exam, did the cleaning, talked to me about any concerns and/or recommendations. I couldn't be more pleased. I hope this continues to be the case.

I have been seeing Dr. Jiminez for over 20 years! She really cares about her patients and there is never a visit that she doesn't ask me about my parents or my son. She is a great dentist and all of the staff in her office are super friendly. Highly recommend her :)

Dr. Jimenez and her team are all very respectful, knowledgeable, clean, and professional. Her dental work speaks for itself. She's AWESOME! I've never been a fan of dentist visits but she sure makes you feel comfortable and RELAXED!
