After taking my kids to chain Dentist offices, I decided I needed a different approach. I am so thankful I found this amazing Doctor and Staff! They are excellent with kids and are very Informative for the parents. It truly had me questioning what had those other dentist ever done? The office is bright and clean, each chair has a screen for the kids to watch. I love that they operate on kids time meaning they take their time and don't rush or make the children feel uncomfortable. My 6 year old had a fear of the dentist but loves coming here. Update: First visit was a ruse. I paid out of pockets hundreds of dollars for procedures I was told wasn't covered. I recently got my twin, two year old daughter's teeth done with 4 caps in the front. My babies mean everything in the world to me and it's so hard to find good healthcare someone to care for your children as if they were their own and not only did Dr. Bibbs take care of them in their consultation, first appointment , procedure day, as well as after our procedure she made me feel comfortable with this being the first time any of my children have had work done. She reassured me exactly what we were going to do with the whole process and the benefits. I'm so thankful that an amazing mom referred me to A Dental Home for Kids. I booked my appointment with Gladys a couple of weeks ago and it was a very pleasant experience. This a new location for my children. I was very nervous and didn’t know how they would respond to this new location. Ikea worked very well with both of my children. Miss Susan made them feel right at home. She could tell that they were scared at first and she definitely has a way with children. After a few minutes they forgot I was even in the room. Thank you so much Miss Susan. I really appreciate you being so professional and working so well with my children. My youngest child gravitated to Melissa. Melissa provided us with a very welcoming attitude. As a parent of a special needs child I really enjoy our experiences with Dr. B and her staff. They are kind, professional and understand children. The staff caters to their families unique needs and is truly “a dental home for kids” and families. Dr. B is more than a dentist and her practice is more than an office appointment. Come prepared to wait but be assured that when it’s your time, it will not be rushed. Dr. B is a wealth of information and she is someone valuable to have on your family’s medical team.
