A Clean Start Primary and Urgent Care

I've never enjoyed a Dr's appt until today. From start to finish. A warm welcome, courteous and professional staff, a clean facility and they took the time to listen to my concerns. Follow up appt scheduled that's not a month away and prescription ready at pharmacy before I even left the office. And don't forget the added bonus of a Saturday appointment because my weekly schedule is crazy.

I just left A Clean Start for driving improvement & the experience was amazing. The customer service was very professional & I was treated like family from the second I stepped in the door, the pricing also was great compared to other places offering driving improvement

I am writing this review because of the group effort provided by the amazing staff. The crew here is excellent! They went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. The owners reached out numerous times on my behalf to ensure that my insurance was properly covered when an uncommon payment error occurred. When I contacted them regarding my inquiry, they were extremely patient, reviewed my claim and follow up with me until the problem was resolved. Wonderful people, the effort they put into this to help me was top notch. They truly are gems, rare finds. The nurse who assisted me during my visit was beyond sweet as well. I grateful for the time put in to ensure my peace of mind. If you are on the fence about trying this place, please don’t be. I can assure you it will be

I had such an awesome experience with a clean start Urgent Care clinic, Not only was the clinic super clean and welcoming, the entire staff was friendly and efficient from the first moment that I walked in. I was immediately greeted warmly by the receptionist, and given paper work to complete. I was assigned a provider quickly and was escorted to the back to be triaged, I was assessed in a timely fashion and all of my questions were answered by providers, The bedside manner was literally top tier, I was released with a copy of care instructions and the materials to take care of my injury after, I never felt rushed or anxious. I will certainly be returning for my urgent care needs, if you're looking for a place that is efficient, thorough and professional come to Clean Start :)

I have been to this establishment multiple times for Covid testing. Everyone has been friendly and efficient from start to finish. Today my entire household was tested and finished in less than 15 min. I did make an appointment to ensure that it was not a long wait with children and we were seen right away. The walk-in line also seemed to move quickly. Understanding that everyone is trying to get tested after the holidays, I encourage you to make an appointment if possible and show some grace if you have to wait.
