This place is so relaxing until you would think you just got a deep massage. The music is very soothing too. When they finish with your teeth,you are automatically smiling and if you came in with some stress,you will leave there with no stress in your mind or on your body. I had a pleasant visit to the dentist. She was very professional and treated me with dignity and respect. My problem was the cost of the visit. My understanding was that the cleaning was included in the cost.

Overall good experience thus far. Had to wait 4 months for an intial appointment. New to area and looking for a dentist for our family. Staff was nice, the atmosphere was welcoming. Our kids had no complaints. Smaller office, if you have a bigger family sit tight. I'll update the review after our follow up appointments.

I’ve been a client at A Brighter Smile for many, many years and have always had the best care and experience, with the exception of yesterday’s visit. My care was exceptional as always, however I waited 45 minutes beyond my appointment time to be taken back to the examining room and the multiple burning candles throughout the front reception area, was overwhelming. While I don’t have medical sensitivities to scents, I still had to walk outside to escape. There were several candles burning at the same time—it was intense and could trigger migraines or sensory reactions to some clients. Perhaps consider a fragrance-free office?

Although coming to the dentist office is not a favorite place - unless you’re in pain and need relief fast - I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is nice & Dr. Thompson is the best.
