I took my partner and usually I like going here due to great service. This time we were trying to catch the pharmacy before they closed for their lunch, so we waited 30-40 mins in the waiting room (That’s fine) and 10 minutes (I guess) into being in the room I asked an ETA due to needing to know since my partner just had surgery so I have to drive us. She laughed at me and goes “You’ve only been in there 10 minutes” I wasn’t complaining about the time I needed a time frame. This felt really anxiety inducing to my partner who just wanted me to ask for a bag to puke in and maybe some crackers to make sure they didn’t pass out. Just made me really displeased.

I had an outstanding experience on every aspect of my visit. Starting from the receptionist, to the nurse, physicians assistant, and support staff. Mark and Jen were patient, caring, and informative. The follow up Jen did with me was amazing. They let me know my test results that evening and assisted with everything. I highly recommend them. This is what health care should be.

So I've been sick and decided to go here. It wasn't busy at all. Still with a appointment it took a hour to get out the door while only three minutes of that time I spoke with a doctor. Then a hour and half later I show up to my pharmacy and nothing was sent over. So I call and say they are closing in 20 minutes it's a Saturday so won't be open again till Monday I need it sent over now. 20 minutes goes by nothing I call again. They sent it to the wrong place originally. I literally wrote on my paperwork and told them as a left where to send it directly to the doctor as she asked. The pharmacy just sold me the script and felt really bad for this places incompetence. I will never go here again

Quick and efficient, everytime. I've come here for a few reason over the last few months for myself, my husband, and my daughter. Everyone is kind and direct, there's no confusion about what is wrong and what to do. If the pharmacy is needed, usually has our prescriptions ready before we leave or a few minutes after check out.

I’ve had goods and bads here, I had leg pain that persisted, they scheduled me to check for a blood clot for an ultrasound at sparrow, (it was scheduled wrong by one of them) and I couldn’t get it, got it at Mclaren’s other emergancy room that night. They told me I’d have to come in for reevaluation to get something done about my leg (which really sucked) Still having pain and trying to tough it out until PCP, or another specialist that can help comes up.
