986 Pharmacy - Monterey Park

I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the exceptional service provided by Annie at the 986 Pharmacy today, Saturday. My father having problems with swallow food this morning, so I had to contact his doctor to order Ansoprazole. We called the pharmacy around 12:00 PM, knowing they close at 1:00 PM. Annie immediately stepped in and was instrumental in ensuring we were able to get the medication today. This level of responsive service is truly exceptional, especially on a Saturday with such short notice. I am very grateful that there is a pharmacy willing to go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you again for providing such a valuable service.

The staff were all professional, positive, accomodating, welcoming, and fast in service. Very pleased with the hair shampoo/ hair foam from True Dermatologist prescription (located upstairs)

They don’t do things America way. Your drugs will be filled and you will never be notified. The driver shows up without any notice and I had to scramble given all my injuries to rush out to meet him. I had no idea they had filled the drug on that day for delivery.Repeated requests were put to pharmacy staff as well as pharmacist to Cindy to call from the pharmacy give me at least a few hours before delivery but they failed to do that. I live alone and have a rigorous and challenging doctors appointment schedule. May, the pharmacy staff was so hostile and nasty told me to take my prescriptions elsewhere when I raise the concern to her. They also made up the story that I hung up all the owner where is I didn’t even know whom Kelly wanted me to talk to I had informed her I could not talk b

New owner, still same quilty service, fast & nice respond. I been use over 25 years, for my parents & my self now.
