810 MS Specialty Center

I am a 75 year old with MS. In 2019 I began having Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Cognitive Therapy at the MS Specialty Center in Waltham, MA. I was referred by a client who praised them highly. My neurologist at Brigham Women's MS clinic has been very pleased by reports of my progress! Now I am so thrilled to have a brand new 810 MS Specialty Center open in Northboro, MA closer to my home. As this beautiful new center adds more new clients they will be adding additional therapists. Today I had a wonderful treatment with John Marmarou, the Executive Director. I highly recommend this center to anyone with MS. I would recommend 810 MS Specialty Center to anyone that has MS. They have extremely good Therapists and they focus only on MS patients. They tailor the sessions to the needs and abilities of the patients, it is not a one work out fits all approach. Alex, Brian, Carly and Payton (Northborough Office) have worked wonders on me, improving my walking abilities, balance, my range of motion and with my memory skills. I am so happy that there is a place for just us MS people! I have been going to their Northboro gym for about 3 months and can definitely tell the difference in the strength of my walking. Every person gets a different set of exercises depending on yr own individual needs. The staff is very attentive making sure you are doing everything correctly so you get the most out of every workout. The staff also has a in depth knowledge about MS and how our body works (or does not).

After many years of searching for therapists that truly understand the unique issues that MS presents, I was referred to the 810 MS Specialty Center. The therapists at the 810 MS Specialty Center (including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Cognitive/Speech/ Language Therapists) truly understand the unique issues that MS presents. The therapy is tailored to my individual needs and considers my MS symptoms. For example, the therapists factor into my therapy my fatigue issues and pain associated with MS. The therapy is targeted, and performance is measured periodically. I’ve noticed overall improvement in the few months I’ve been going to the center. I am happy to finally have found therapists who are supportive and truly understands MS.
