7 Days Pediatrics

First time at this office in park Avenue! The sweetest and nicest staff! The entire office was spotless and smelled so clean and sanitized! I did not get the names of the two sweet staff members when we first walked in so Shame on me, but they were awesome! Thank you for taking care of my daughter doc, you were so sweet just the same!!

I am huge on professionalism and respect. The staff and doctors in this institution are all great, but the manager or whoever is in charge of the accounts department needs to get a new job. For example, I received a bill today from 7-day pediatrics. I was shocked because I know all my kids have insurance. Like a regular person, I called asking why I was billed. It was for a no-show. I was confused because I never missed an appointment with my kids. The accounts manager informed me I missed an appointment because the worst attitude and tone came from the accounts manager. I am trying to explain to him that I scheduled an appointment the day before, but his staff canceled with me over the phone because we had scheduled an appointment. After all, I brought in two of my kids instead of one.

My son was sick and we did not know until later on the day. They were able to take him at 4:30, a 1/2 hour before closing on a Friday! So thankful for the staff, they are always professional and they treat everyone with kindness and respect. It does not matter which facility that I take him to! We love you all! Toni W. - Edison

Very clean. Very nice people. I have being going there ever since my son was born and now he's 14. I would recommend anyone to this place. There a new doctor, Dr Delores she is so nice and caring. She answered any questions you have and even suggested think that she thinks you would need to know. Great place

I had setup an appointment to see the doctor but only RN saw my kid. Very disappointed. Update 1.26.21: Office front desk called me to follow up on my negative comment. After I explained her the situation, she and the Doctor listened to my phone conversation when I made the appointment. The doctor called me to apologize that I did requested a female doctor but instead I was seen by RN, they should have informed me that RN will see my kid. additionally doctor explained me what's going on with my kid very well. I am satisfied with the doctor, she is good. Thus I am changing my 1 star rating to 4 stars.
