Very kind and helpful staff. They have gone above and beyond to help me when meds need authorization or when I've had issues with insurance. The staff is great and the owner (I believe) Lourdes is a sweetheart. Pharmacy is not near my house but I make the trip to them and save me the aggrevation I usually get when dealing with other pharmacies.

This pharmancy is the best pharmacy in Miami Dade county as far as I'm concerned, medications ready on time, instructions on label clearly written, if you have any questions they have no problems talking to you, taking the time to explain and answer all questions, if at any time after trying they can't help you with a specific medication (which is rare) they will honesty tell you and tell you why, and if possible help you direct you or recommend another place that maybe double for what you need are, you are not rushed off, they treat you always with up most courtesy,respect, kindness and very sweet, boyh in person or on the phone; they try there very best to help you always and not only the employees who are very nice but most especially the ladies who own this pharmacy, who are always
