The entire staff is professional and welcoming, and Becca is especially patient and willing to really listen. Had an appointment scheduled here for months and doctor was sick which is whatever but they contacted me so many times before the appointment (reminders, updates) it felt like an ex. Also whoever was texting made me feel better it got canceled because the kept only referring to the doctor by a nickname and couldn’t spell appointment or use the correct version of then/than. All of it seemed shady and shoddy. Also be prepared if you wait months for an appointment they will only want to talk about patient history and not the medical issue you have for an about the first appointment.
