Rude customer service , and zero/poor training of pharmacists. charged copay for med that supposed not to. later find out NP is not participate in the plan but Dr is. Simply solution is tell us to call Dr office and resend med under Dr name. Instead this pharmacy did nothing and when we questioned y, they yelled at us like we r idiot and told us that’s coz our plan and plan benefits change every month….dude….Try to blame someone else due to their lack of experience, stupidity ! Not only that, they are very bad on helping ppl tracking med filing, no phone call no text no reminder on the refill. Overall bad customer service, lack of experience and ignorance,
