Kenneth Lown, APRN is the best physician Ive seen in years. Not sure why the negative reviews are for this office, but the staff was typical and did their duty, pleasant and thats all I expect, so no complaints! It was a basic visit and the intake nurse and physician were down to earth and relatable. I hope to have great experiences every time bc so far they have taken away my anxiety about bringing my kids to the doctor's office's. I am please with my new PCP office as a whole.

If I could give 0 starts I would. We took 4 of our kids here and the practitioner put the information wrong under each kid. It took 5 phone calls and several hours for each to get a single referral sent through. After looking at our records I see he didn't even write the correct referral for the correct kid. Office staff is extremely understaffed because of high turn over they aren't able to process through anything with ease and you will be put on hold until you hang up. I would not recommend this office or practice to ANYONE!!!! They also switched systems and lost ALL records so now we have no paper trail of anything done prior to April. Awful experience and will never go back again.

I had a wonderful experience with both the new doctor and nurse coordinator during my recent visit. They were incredibly efficient, attentive, and kind—not only to me but also to my children. Their ability to work quickly while still providing thorough and compassionate care truly stood out. It was clear that they are committed to patient comfort and well-being. I appreciate the excellent service and look forward to continued care with such a dedicated team. Heard all da old doctors left … only good one was dr. Patassi and after she left, it went down. But after today, I really like the new doctor that they have in this facility now THE STAFF IS CHANGING SO I had to leave a recent review for yall Dr.Marisa laughrey & Lee Sandra caraballo thanks for everything !!

Absolute worst pediatrician. We’ve been patients for the last 18 months and it’s just gone downhill since we got there, to the point where their best provider at the Fleming location even left too. You can only be seen for scheduled in advance well visits. They never have the availability to see your child for simple sick visits or concerns like ear infections/utis. You are always directed to to the emergency room. I’m not sure what the point of having a primary care provider is that can never actually see your kids is, NOT EVEN FOR NEXT DAY VISITS! Don’t waste your time. They’ll be happy to schedule your initial and annual visits but nothing else.
