1st Choice Urgent Care of Garden City

My son had experienced a severe allergic reaction. The staff saw him right away and once they got him stable, his meds were sent straight to pharmacy with no problems. Thankful for their prompt response.

They never have any doctors anytime I have been. It’s always 1 person working and it takes 30 minutes plus just to meet with someone and one of the workers had an attitude when my family and I asked a simple question. Do not recommend

I made a last minute decision to go right after work. I was able to fill out all of the paperwork before I even left to go. Everyone there was very nice and punctual. I accompanied my wife the first time I was there. So far, they’re 2 for 2.

I tested positive at home for covid on the 31st, went to this office on the 1st to confirm and to make sure of anything to look out for since I have a lot of autoimmune issues and had just gotten my flu shot on the 30th (I didn't have any symptoms when I got the shot). The provider came into the room sooner than the processing time for the covid test and told me I was negative. I woke up feeling worse today (the 2nd), so I tested again, and again came back positive. I normally really like this urgent care and recommend people to go here, but after this experience, I am not happy and feel like I was not thoroughly cared for.

I was very impressed with my 1st time visit. They had all my information in computer and i only waited 5 min on a Sat morning. The Dr. saw me and sent script to CVS and i was done.
