145 Health Spa

The staff at 145 Health Spa are so wonderful and accommodating. I came to this location in a party of 3 and we were running significantly late; the staff did their best to accommodate us despite our lateness and gave us our full time since their schedules permitted it (and didn’t charge a late fee!). The massage itself was excellent; they do a great job of making you feel relaxed while also working out the tension areas. If you are in the area and looking for an affordable massage, this is the place to go!

This was a great impromptu add to our NYC trip. After walking so much getting a full body massage here was great. The price for a full body 1 hour is super affordable. Not that private but the set up they have is fun. Everyone has as super professional

My dad and I were visiting NYC for the week and decided to get massages on the last day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We initially went in for an hour and loved it so much we asked for another 30 minutes. Everyone is so kind and did such an amazing job. My back went from the worst it’s ever hurt to still feeling relaxed a week later. Highly highly recommend.

This was my first message ever. First I had a guy massager, so of instinct I was a bit scared. The place was very comforting though and it looked amazing. When the massage had started I told him multiple times not to touch private areas. He said okay and continued doing that in the massage and would spend extra time on those areas. I was so uncomfortable and afraid to speak up. His name was Peter.

The first time I went was such a great experience. It was thorough, attentive, and genuinely relaxing, which is why I wanted to go again. However, the second time someone else attended me. It was good at first but she very very harsh at sudden moments that even when I winced in pain she did not pay mind to. My back still hurts… also, It was cold then sudden hot towels. And then I noticed that the blankets are not changed. It made me wonder about the hot damp towels too… I felt rushed when massage finished. She literally opened the curtains as I was still getting ready to leave..
